“The Secret Code of Love”

Bora had always known his girlfriend, Lina, had her own way of expressing love. While other couples exchanged heartfelt texts or romantic candlelit dinners, Lina had something… unique.

One evening, Bora sat at their favorite coffee shop, sipping his iced latte, when Lina leaned in close and whispered, “Tonight, I’ll show you how much I love you.”

Excited and slightly nervous, Bora followed her home, expecting a surprise—maybe a homemade dinner or a heartfelt letter. Instead, as he entered the dimly lit room, Lina suddenly dropped to her knees and looked up at him with big, soulful eyes.

Bora’s heart raced. “Oh wow, is this really happening?” he thought.

Then, with the most dramatic seriousness, Lina said, “Babe… can you please help me find my contact lens? It fell on the floor, and I literally can’t see anything.”

Bora stared. Blinked. Stared again.

“…Lina.”

“Yes, my love?”

“I thought you were about to—” He paused, sighed, then got on the floor to help her search.

And that’s how he learned that love isn’t always about grand gestures. Sometimes, it’s about helping your partner not step on their own contact lens.

The End.
